it is not a \u003cem\u003eHydrangea serrata\u003c\/em\u003e - it \"looks\" more like \u003cem\u003eHydrangea macrophylla\u003c\/em\u003e to us.  We have not yet trialed Hydrangea serrata 'Koijigahama' outside yet, so don't have any information of garden performance, but can honestly say it is one of the very best variegated plants (not only Hydrangeas - all plants) that we have at the nursery - and that is saying a lot since we have MANY hundreds (thousands?) of variegated plants here!  \u003cem\u003eHydrangea serrata\u003c\/em\u003e 'Koijigahama' would be stunning as a mass  planting in a
