Acer palmatum 'Abigail Rose' is a STUNNING compact Japanese maple that almost appears to be a flowering shrub in the spring due to the beautiful, bright pink margined leaves! Acer palmatum 'Abigail Rose' is a dwarf form of Acer palmatum 'Higasayama' and deserves a prime spot in a woodland garden. Acer palmatum 'Abigail Rose' performs best with some afternoon shade and is a fantastic addition to the spring colored Japanese maples.
