Acer palmatum 'Shishi Yatsubusa' Rare Japanese Maple
Zones 5 - 9
'Shishi Yatsubusa’ is a unique compact dwarf Japanese maple in the famous Mikawa Family Collection. This selection is extremely rare and heavily desired. The foliage is green and is similar to 'Mikawa Yatsubusa' but rolls slightly upward adding a unique texture with a tightly layered shingling habit that makes trees in the family so popular. Fall color on 'Shishi Yatsubusa' can range from bright orange to red. 'Shishi Yatsubusa' may reach 3-4 ft in height and width in 10 years. This small dwarf maple is sure to be the center of attention in your landscape.
