Acer palmatum 'Will's Devine' is a reticulated selection that leaves emerge in the early spring with mint green coloration toward the edge fading to brilliant cream toward the center of the leaf. 'Will Devine' leaves contain a dark violet venation throughout. Expect 'Will Devine' to reach about 12 ft high in 15 years. If given protection from the hot afternoon sun, allows Will's Devine to provide longest spring color display. In the fall 'Will's Devine' Japanese maple leaves turn golden yellows to bright orange in color.
