Rhododendron stenopetalum 'Linearifolium'

Rhododendron stenopetalum 'Linearifolium' is an evergreen shrub with very narrow, strap like leaves and pale purple flowers with very narrow petals.  Rhododendron stenopetalum 'Linearifolium' is a very unusual "Azalea" due to its extremely narrow leaves and flowers.  Rhododendron stenopetalum 'Linearifolium' makes a great specimen in a rock garden or where you can see the plant close up to appreciate its unique beauty.  Rhododendron stenopetalum 'Linearifolium' requires excellent drainage and good air flow to perform well and seems to prefer fairly bright locations. Well drained, organic amended soils are best. Rhododendron stenopetalum 'Linearifolium'  is sure to have your gardening friends asking "what is that?".  A great plant and not commonly available.
