Retail Store Pickup Policy

NEW PICKUP POLICY

Local customers now have the option to pick up your plants at the retail store location, 3504 Edgemont Rd., Wendell, NC. Please read the following for details.

The shipping platform we use requires ALL customers to pay shipping and handling. BUT, if you live close enough to Wendell, NC and are willing to pickup your order at our retail store, then we will be happy to give you RETAIL STORE CREDIT for the shipping charge, minus $15 for handling.

To order for pickup, add a note in the CUSTOMER NOTE BOX specifying the pick up date, which must be within one month of the order date. The order will be held for one week beyond the scheduled pickup date and then will be shipped and unavailable for pickup. If you wish to pick up an order the weekend after you submit it, please note the order must be submitted by noon on that Thursday for it to be ready. Pick up orders at 3504 Edgemont Rd., Wendell, NC, our retail store. The retail hours are Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM.
