What are the hours for the Retail Store?
The normal operation hours for the store are Fridays 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sundays 1 PM to 5 PM. You may also call, (919) 722-9588 and request an appointment for a different day of the week to shop. During the winter (Dec-Feb), the store may have a different schedule.
Does the Retail Store have Tropical Plants also known as House Plants?
Yes, the Retail Store will have tropical plants available for purchase starting in June 2026.

Temporary Shipping Halt during High Temperature Summer

Dear Online Customers,
Due to high summer temperatures being experienced by the majority of the US, we are temporarily halting shipping of orders purchased starting this week as of June 25th, 2026. This shipping halt is temporary and additional information will be posted in the next few days to update our summer shipping policy.
