Acer campbellii subsp. sinense is know for its brilliant fall display of bright reds and oranges - truly magical!  Leaves are similar to Acer palmatum but are larger and come out a very pleasing pale yellowish green in the spring and turning darker green in the summer.  A choice landscape plant and not commonly seen.
