    Acer palmatum 'Fairy Hair' is a green leaf Japanese maple with EXTREMELY narrow leaflets - so thin that they resemble strings or "hair".  Acer palmatum 'Fairy Hair' can be temperamental here is the SE USA and is very slow growing for me.  I have a friend in  Oregon that has one about  12' tall and growing 18" per year!  AMAZING!  Acer palmatum 'Fairy Hair' has brilliant red fall color.
