    Acer palmatum 'Hickory Hollow Dwarf'.  I received scions of the as 'Hickory Hollo Dwarf' but find no reference by that name, but 'Hickory Hollow' (without dwarf in cultivar name) is a dwarf so I think this is actually just 'Hickory Hollow'  Acer palmatum 'Hickory Hollow' is a dwarf Japanese maple has orange and yellow new growth that turns green in the summer and has yellow to orange fall color.
