Acer palmatum 'Pun Kil' leaves emerge in spring a deep red, and that will last through the summer months. As the cool temperatures of fall start to roll in the leaves of 'Pun Kil' will turn oranges to crimson reds. Expect 'Pung kil' to be a slow grower reaching about 6-7 ft high in 10 years. Japanese maple 'Pun Kil' has the darkest foliage of the wind swept maples. Called such because of the way the leaves flow in the wind. A truly unique introduction to you garden.
