Acer palmatum 'Shin Hikasa' is a RARE, dwarf, variegated Japanese maple with small leaves that are tightly layers and have pink/white margins.  Spring growth is bright pink with green reticulated veins and summer color is creamy white.  Fall colors are orange and red.
