Acer palmatum 'Tsukasa Silhoutte'

Acer  palmatum 'Tsukasa Silhoutte' is an upright growing, green leaf Japanese maple that is excellent where a wide tree will not work.  I've seen pics on other websites that show this as a nearly pencil shaped plant - that requires a fair amount of pruning - that is not its natural growth habit, it is distinctly upright but will eventually get a bit wider with age.  Excellent orange fall color.
