Ardisia crenata 'Adam's Curly'

Ardisia crenata 'Adam's Curly' is an interesting evergreen plant with green leaves that have an extremely wavy margin that gives the plant a "curly" appearance.  Small white flowers in clusters during the summer become bright red berries that persist for many months.  We had had some Ardisia crenata still holding onto old red berries a year later with a new crop of red berries.  'Adam's Curly' gives a cool, new look to this species and can be used in mass plantings or as a specimen in a shaded woodland garden or other shady area in your garden. Would make an interesting container plant and reportedly can be grown as an inside house plant (we haven't done this personally but have heard from several people that they grow well inside)
