Ardisia japonica 'Hanaguruma' RARE

Ardisia japonica 'Hanaguruma'  is a RARE, odd little variegated evergreen ground cover.  The variegation appears to be nearly random across the surface of the leaves with the addition of variegated leaf magins.  The overall effect is very interesting with twists and curves and puckering.  'Hanagurum' will slowly spread to for a colony in a shade garden.  Give this some protection from cold winters by planting under canopy of an evergreen tree or near the foundation of your house.  This is a slow growing plant and will very slowly make a colony.
