Aucuba japonica 'Tatsumaki'

Aucuba japonica 'Tatsumaki' (gold dust plant, Japanese laurel, spotted laurel) is an evergreen shrub with large green leaves that are contorted/wavy.  Aucuba japonica 'Tatsumaki' is a male clone and will pollinate any nearby female aucubas so they can produce their showy berries.  Aucuba japonica 'Tatsumaki' can be used in mass plantings or as a specimen.  Aucuba japonica 'Tatsumaki' is a great plant for heavy shade.
