Camellia japonica 'Kick Off'

Camellia japonica 'Kick Off' is an evergreen shrub with green leaves and pink flowers striped darker pink.  Camellia japonica 'Kick Off' is one of those WOW flowers due to its huge, loose peony form, pale pink with darker pink stripes.  Camellia japonica 'Kick Off' is one of the largest flowering Camellias that we grow, and when it bloom at the nursery, is the first to sell out.  We have seen the occasional flower about 8" is diameter and 6" is very common.  In addition to the huge flower size, it also produces large numbers of flowers as well.  Camellia japonica 'Kick Off' can be used as a hedge (I've seen a pruned hedge about 200' long that would out of this world!), planted with other shrubs, or stunning as a specimen as well.  If you like HUGE flowers, Camellia japonica 'Kick Off' is a must have for your garden!
