Camellia x 'Night Glow' EXCLUSIVE NEW GARDEN TREASURES RELEASE! RARE!!!

Camellia X 'Night Glow' is a truly bizarre seedling I grew from 'Yumi' many years ago.  'Night Glow' has flowers slightly larger and pinker than 'Yume' but that isn't the reason I selected it.  Several years ago I was checking one of our Camellia greenhouses late at night to be sure heaters where running.  It was extremely dark, no stars or moon showing and no street lights - DARK!  At that time of night, your eyes only see in black and white - the white flowering camellias showed up faintly in the dark as grey and the darker flowers I could not see at all.  Suddenly I saw a flash of pink.  PINK???  In the dark???  Should not be possible, but there is was -a camellia in bloom that had pink flowers in the dark!  My only thought was (and still is) is that this plant is phosphorescent - it glows in the dark.  I checked several nights in a row and I still saw pink flowers in the dark.  I haven't had time to go look at plants out in the landscape to see if this is still so clearly visible  - so we need to take time to confirm my sightings.  Please pass along your experiences with this amazing new plant.  This plant produces a lot of flowers like 'Yume' and blooms over a long, extended time from fall and often until spring.  Very limited numbers and will be a few years before we have more ready.
