Chrysojasminum humile

Chrysojasminum humile (Italian Yellow Jasmine) is an evergreen to semi-evergreen shrub with green leaves and lightly fragrant yellow flowers.  Chrysojasminum humile has alternate leave arrangement which differs from Jasminum that have opposite leaf arrangement.  Chrysojasminum humile is an evergreen to semi-evergreen scrambling or sprawling shrub with yellow, semi fragrant, flowers in the summer.  Chrysojasminum humile can be used in a shrub border or large background plant with perennials and smaller shrubs in front of it.  Easily pruned to keep smaller and compact or even staked and pruned to be a small tree.
