Cryptomeria japonica 'Champagne'

Cryptomeria japonica 'Champagne' (Japanese Cedar, Japanese Cryptomeria) is a RARE selection of Japanese cedar that was discovered near Raleigh, NC several years ago as a branch mutation off an old cultivar (I don't remember the cultivar name).  Cryptomeria japonica 'Champagne' is the best variegated Japanese cedar I've ever grown (I have a lot of Cryptomeria cultivars) and holds its color very well during the summer heat.  Cryptomeria japonica 'Champagne' makes a stunning specimen and is great mixed with other conifers or broadleaf evergreens (our largest 'Champagne' is planted with camellias and really stands out against the dark leaves of the camellias).
