Forestiera angustifolia 'Woodlanders Weeping'

Forestiera angustifolia 'Woodlanders Weeping' is an amazing native shrub with small, narrow leaves and a spectacular weeping habit!  This tree is deciduous, and unlike many other deciduous plants, this one is in its prime during the winter!  With some pruning, this can become the entire focal point in a garden!  It truly is that great of a plant.  To really emphasize its architectural beauty, I recommend pruning off the branches that hang straight down and leave the branches that are upright arching.  If you continue to do this, you will create a true masterpiece!
