Ilex x 'Little Mary'

Ilex x 'Little Mary' is an evergreen shrub with shiny green leaves sharply margined.  Ilex x 'Little Mary' is a new on for us.  We can find no information on this plant but suspect it was derived from a witches broom on 'Mary Nell'  It has the same beautiful shiny green leaves of 'Mary Nell' but leaves are about 1/2 the size and the growth habit is extremely compact and appears to be fairly dwarf.  This is a CHOICE plant and we look forward to growing it in our own garden to see its potential.  One of the most beautiful low growing hollies I've seen.  Truly exceptional!!!
