Osmanthus fragrans 'Tianxiang Taige' RARE

Osmanthus fragrans 'Tianxiang Taige' (sweet olive, tea olive, fragrant olive, sweet osmanthus) is a RARE evergreen tree or large shrub and has extremely fragrant pale-yellow flowers in the spring and sporadically during the growing season with green leaves.  Osmanthus fragrans 'Tianxiang Taige' reportedly has very large flowers (we have not yet seen the large flowers - ours are typical species sized) that are ivory to pale yellow and EXTREMELY INTENSELY fragrant!  The fragrance is so incredible that I don't have words to describe it - you must smell for yourself!  Osmanthus fragrans 'Tianxiang Taige' will make a wonderful hedge (easily pruned) or can be used on its own.  Osmanthus fragrans 'Tianxiang Taige' is an absolute must for your fragrance garden!  Thanks to Ted Stephens for introducing this awesome cultivar into the USA trade!
