Osmanthus heterophyllus 'Ogon'

Osmanthus heterophyllus 'Ogon' is an evergreen shrub with holly like, golden leaves.  Osmanthus heterophyllus 'Ogon' is a STUNNING golden foliaged evergreen best planted in sun to produce the best foliage color (it will be pale green in shade) and is great in mass plantings, mixed shrub border, or as a specimen.  We love all Osmanthus and this is certainly one of our favorites!  The brilliant golden foliage of Osmanthus heterophyllus 'Ogon' brightens up a garden and can be seen from a great distance; and with addition of the small white, but very fragrant flowers, this shrub is a must for any garden with a warm climate.

• HARDINESS:  zones 7-9
• EXPOSURE:  part shade to sun (sun best for golden color)
• SIZE:  6-8' slowly (can be pruned smaller)
• SHIPPING SIZE: 1/2 gallon container.  10-12" plant.
