Podocarpus macrophyllus 'Tobe's Totem' EXCLUSIVE NEW RELEASE! RARE!!!

Podocarpus macrophyllus 'Tobe's Totem' is amazing selection we made from Dr. John Tobe's garden in Georgia.  Many decades ago, John planted out a large population of seedling Japanese Yew and a couple have become truly remarkable and we are thrilled to be allowed to release these beauties for John!  This clone is extremely narrow and upright - original plant about 30' tall and 5' wide and has extremely dark, black green leaves.  It could be used similarly to the way 'Stricta' Italian cypress are used in Italy, but MUCH easier to grow!  limited supply and sure to sell out quckly.
