DiQuercus robur 'General Pulaski' is a RARE, very unusual English oak with extremely twisted and contorted leaves. The growth habit of 'General Pulaski' is narrow upright with short side branches with odd clumps of congested foliage. 'General Pulaski' is listed as a dwarf and it is extremely slow growing, but there is one in a garden in Oregon (that I gave to the garden about 20 years ago) that is now easily 25-30' tall but only 3' wide. Under typical growing conditions it usually only grows a few inches per year and can be maintained easily as a dwarf plant. One of the weirdest oaks I've grown (and I grow a lot of weird oaks!). Plants we are selling are 4 years old. This oak is very difficult to propagate and doubtful we will produce more in the future.
