Thuja occidentalis 'Unicorn' is one of my favorite, upright Northern Arborvitae.  The photo below of this multi trunked specimen in Ohio takes my breath away!  I guess is you want it to be a true "Unicorn" you could only want a single trunk.  'Unicorn' is an extremely narrow growing plant and makes a stunning specimen in time.  Its not fast growing but worth the wait!
