Ulmus parvifolia 'Seijo' is a Chinese Elm with tiny green leaves, dense, twiggy growth habit and very corky, textured bark.  'Seijo' is semi dwarf and will make a small tree in time.  Highly praised for bonsai and these are rooted cuttings, so no graft union.
