Viburnum opulus 'Aureum' (Golden European Cranberry Bush) is a large, deciduous shrub with golden leaves in the summer and clusters of white flowers.  Viburnum opulus 'Aureum' will make a stunning specimen if grown in full sun (to produce the best golden foliage).  Viburnum opulus 'Aureum' is a great addition to the deciduous shrub garden and is a great companion plant to bright colored perennials or other woody shrubs.
